Phone lines down on UEA campus
UEA security teams have overnight (Sunday 2 June) been made aware of an issue affecting all university phone lines on campus.
Due to a suspected problem affecting the on-campus phone mast, all calls to and from UEA phone numbers (any number with the format 01603 59xxxx) cannot currently be made. UEA maintenance teams
are investigating and attempting to find a solution.
Anyone wishing to contact security should use the SafeZone app until further notice, or email the
security@uea.ac.uk address, which is being regularly monitored. The University apologises for any inconvenience caused and will update when the issue is resolved.
