Are you or someone you know living with Parkinson's disease and experiencing fatigue?
The ReFresh program may be able to help.
40 adults with Parkinson's are being invited to participate in their research initiative, aimed at better understanding and managing fatigue in Parkinson's.
The ReFresh program offers a comprehensive online platform designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to manage fatigue effectively. With six informative and interactive sessions tailored specifically for individuals with Parkinson's, participants will gain valuable insights into managing their fatigue and enhancing their overall well-being.
Sarah Alageel, PhD candidate at UEA and Lead Researcher of the ReFresh study, said: "Life is full of challenges, but with the right support and knowledge, we can navigate through them. This program is designed to empower individuals with Parkinson's to take control of their energy levels and live life to the fullest."
